REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with CBA. We appreciate your support and want to make sure you have a smooth experience with your order.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
• Proof of purchase or order number is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Worn, washed, or damaged items caused by the customer

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange, contact us at the email below.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging if applicable

We will do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

CBA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly if this occurs.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
