SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with CBA. We take pride in getting your order packed and shipped as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
PRE-ORDERS
If an item is listed as a pre-order, please allow additional production and processing time. Estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times after your order has been shipped:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we are unable to guarantee replacement or refund.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier, CBA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will do our best to help assist with claims through the shipping carrier if needed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
